Getting support
The primary option for support is our helpdesk, which can be reached online at : http://support.cablan.net or via e-mail at one of the following e-mail addresses :

If you use our web-based helpdesk, you do not need to open a user account to send a ticket, only for viewing your tickets online.
We generally respond to ticket very rapidly, often fixing issues within a few minutes !
