The Extension Manager.Typo3 by itself has a huge number of features.
However, it's strength comes also from it's numerous
extensions developped almost daily which are
available for download.
What is even more interesting, is the Extension Manager, which allows to perform 1 click installations
of donwloaded extensions, but also to instantly download or upgrade extensions directly from the extension repository !
There is even an extension kickstarter, which is a wizard letting users easily create new extensions and share them in the extension repository !
Please note that almost all extensions are also open-source, which means they are almost all free to use !

When an admin user is logged in the control panel of Typo3
visits the Typo3 website, special icons are appended to
every content element allowing to edit the website
directly while visiting it !
This feature is especially useful while validating the content, since
it allows to view it exactly as it is.

Similarly to the table edition, it is possible to create form fields
in 2 manners :
- with the fields parameters seperated with a vertical bar,
- with the Form Editor which allows easy modifications of each field.

Editing a text page content is really easy !
No HTML langage is required, since a toolbar present at the top allows you to modify easily the properties of the texts.
You can :
 | copy and paste,
|
| set the paragraph style ( H1, H2, P, etc.. ),
|
| set the character style,
|
| set in bold, |
| set in italic, |
| underline the selection,
|
| change the alignment. |

Centered
Right
| Create a auto-numbered list : |
- Element 1.
- Element 2.
- Element 3.
| Create a bullet llst ( such as this list ).

| Change the indentation, left or right.
|
| Insert a link using an advanced wizard.
|
