How to I connect Via Telnet/SSH to my account ?
Please note that we do not offer SSH not TELNET access for our clients for security reasons, but we can execute SSH commands for you in case you require compilation of certain scripts.

MySQL databases, there are tools in your
control panel to help you without requiring SSH/Telnet.
CPanel offers an easy to use page which enables the creation of MySQL databases and users.

Several FTP clients allow you to change a script permission.
Also, you can use the file manager in the control panel to edit a file permission.
How do I debug a Perl script without SSH ?In your control panel, in the WEB / FTP log page, there is an option to view the last 300 error codes, which includes files not found but also Perl Cgi script errors.
